We're Hiring: Senior Creative Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative Senior Creative Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visual experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, a creative mindset, hands-on experience with AI-powered tools, and a solid understanding of video editing and motion design.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Design high-quality creatives for digital, social media, branding, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other marketing assets.

•⁠ ⁠Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

•⁠ ⁠Lead creative projects from concept to final execution while maintaining exceptional design quality.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

•⁠ ⁠Leverage AI tools to streamline ideation, design workflows, and creative production.

•⁠ ⁠Create and edit videos, motion graphics, and multimedia content when required.

•⁠ ⁠Stay up to date with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and creative best practices.

•⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠3–4 years of experience in Graphic Design or Creative Design.





•⁠ ⁠A robust portfolio showcasing branding, AI-generated creatives, digital campaigns, and marketing assets.

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling AI, Ideogram, or similar platforms.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of video editing and motion design tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.

•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

•⁠ ⁠A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

•⁠ ⁠Experience working in a creative agency or startup workplace.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with emerging AI tools and creative technologies.
