Role Description The Senior Architect role at Evode Private Limited is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will lead architectural design efforts, develop project concepts, prepare detailed drawings, and oversee design documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, ensuring design quality and compliance with regulations, and guiding integration of architectural solutions with engineering and construction requirements.

The Senior

Architect will manage project timelines and deliverables,



mentor junior team members, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Qualifications

Solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading complex design projects.

Experience in Integration and Software Development as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, or digital workflows.

Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field, with relevant professional licensure or registration preferred.

Proficiency with industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, visualization software).

Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a focus on human-centric design.
