We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in managing the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, excels at closing niche technology roles, and has a strong track record in sourcing top-tier talent across the US market.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure)
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand complex IT hiring needs
Source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other platforms
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for niche and high-demand roles
Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit
Drive offer discussions, negotiations, and successful closures
Maintain accurate records and updates in ATS systems
Handle different hiring models including W2, C2C,



and 1099, along with visa categories (H1B, GC, USC)
Consistently meet hiring targets and delivery timelines

Required Skills & Experience
9+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience
Robust understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, AI, SAP
Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
Experience working with major job portals and ATS tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to work in US shift (night shift)

Good to Have
Experience working with direct clients or implementation partners
Proven ability to close niche and hard-to-fill roles
Exposure to contract, C2H, and full time hiring models
