FP&A; Budgeting & Forecasting, Financial & Variance Analysis, Data Management, ORACLE ERPAdvance MS Excel, Hyperion, Power BI Budgeting, Forecasting & Modeling Financial Analysis & Variance Reporting Strategic Insight & Business Partnering Oracle ERP System & Data Management

Positive-to-Have Skills:

•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.

•Experience: 4+ years of dedicated corporate FP&A; or financial analysis experience.

•ERP & Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP and planning platforms (e.g., Oracle EPM, Hyperion, Smart View) is required.

•Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of corporate financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow),



accounting policies, and capital allocation frameworks.

•Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to confidently articulate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.

•Tools: Advanced mastery of MS Excel (financial modeling, formulas, data tables) and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
