About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Procurement Executive to manage procurement operations for IT infrastructure products and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vendor coordination, OEM procurement, invoicing, purchase order management, and should possess robust knowledge of Cisco and other leading OEMs along with experience working in a System Integrator (SI) setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for IT infrastructure products and solutions.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs), Quotations, and Vendor Purchase Requests.
Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and vendors for pricing, product availability, lead times, and order fulfillment.
Handle customer and vendor invoicing,



ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Track procurement orders from order placement to delivery and invoice closure.
Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Maintain procurement documentation, vendor records, and MIS reports.
Follow up on pending deliveries, invoices, payment status, and warranty documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and commercial terms.
Support audit requirements by maintaining complete procurement records.
