We are looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top IT talent for clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and client requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Work closely with account managers and sales teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
Negotiate compensation, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/CRM and prepare daily recruitment reports.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Required Skills:




0–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment (freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply).
Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and visa classifications.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, or similar job portals is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
