Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior SCADA Engineer with expert-level knowledge of Ignition SCADA to lead the design, development, deployment, and commissioning of plant-wide SCADA solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Ignition Perspective, Vision, OPC UA, MES integration, PLC connectivity, industrial networking, and IT/OT cybersecurity within manufacturing settings. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop SCADA applications using Ignition Perspective and Vision.
Build and maintain UDTs, tag hierarchies, alarm management systems, historians, and reporting solutions.
Configure and manage Ignition Gateway architecture, redundancy, security, and high-availability deployments.
Integrate PLCs (Siemens, Beckhoff, Mitsubishi) with Ignition via OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus TCP, and EtherNet/IP.
Design PLC-SCADA-MES interfaces and support OEE, KPI, and production reporting.
Develop OPC UA Information Models, XML NodeSets, telemetry structures, alarms, and equipment hierarchies.
Develop scripts using Python/Jython, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
Lead FAT, SAT, commissioning, vendor coordination, documentation, and user training activities.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Automation, Electrical, Controls, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 7 years of SCADA and Industrial Automation experience.
At least 4 years of hands-on Ignition development experience.
Ignition Core Certification preferred
