Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Software Development: Architecture the Project and assign development task to team members
Team Management:Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QAs, UI/UX.
Risk and Issue Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Quality Assurance:Work closely with QA teams to address defects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
Client Site Traveling: Travel and meet with different stakeholders.
Project Closure: Follow desired approach to close the project
Requirements
Educational Background:
BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech, Civil or a related field.




PMP,/PRINCE2, or equivalent Certification
Experience:
8+ Years Total Exp, 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
Technical Knowledge:
Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Full Working knowledge of Software Development.
Skills:
Solid leadership skill, Very positive in Software Development skills,
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have :
Agile-specific certifications.Hands-on experience in programming or understanding of technical architecture.
