The purpose of this role is to support and maintain the application platforms to ensure that they are reliable, scalable, maintainable and high availability.
Key responsibilities
5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development, Implementation, Enhancements, and Production Support.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Cloud Connector, PECI, PICOF, and Report Designer.
Develop and maintain integrations using XML, XSLT, Web Services, REST APIs, and Java, including XSLT-based transformations.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor production interfaces, perform root cause analysis, and implement enhancements to ensure reliable and reliable integrations.
Design and develop Advanced, Matrix, Dashboard, and Composite Reports,
along with complex Workday calculated fields to support business and integration requirements.
Configure and maintain Workday integration security, including X509 certificates, PGP encryption, SSH keys, Integration System Users (ISU), and Integration System Groups (ISG).
Partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and downstream application teams to design scalable, productive, and reliable integration solutions.
Take ownership of projects and change requests by managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, interface specifications, test plans, deployment guides, and operational documentation.
Demonstrate robust analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
