Senior Interior Designer Luxury Hospitality & High-End Residential Chennai | 5–10 Years We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer with robust experience in luxury hotels, resorts, branded residences and high-end private homes. The role requires someone who can lead a project independently—from concept and design development through detailed documentation, consultant coordination and site execution. You should bring a solid design point of view, a refined understanding of materials and detailing, and the technical confidence to turn ambitious ideas into buildable spaces.

The Role

Lead interior projects across all stages of design and delivery. Develop concept narratives, space plans, material palettes and design presentations. Produce and review detailed drawing packages, including ceilings, finishes, joinery, bathrooms, guest rooms and public areas.

Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, lighting designers, kitchen consultants, vendors and contractors. Review shop drawings, samples,



mock-ups and material submissions. Resolve site issues while protecting the original design intent.

Mentor junior designers and manage project deliverables.

What We Are Looking For 5–10 years of relevant interior design experience. A solid portfolio in luxury hospitality or premium residential projects. Excellent design, material selection and technical detailing skills.

Strong knowledge of custom furniture, joinery, lighting and finishes. Ability to independently manage clients, consultants and project teams. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Revit experience will be an advantage.
