About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-driven Company Secretary / Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to manage end-to-end LLP compliances and company secretarial activities. The ideal candidate should possess robust knowledge of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, MCA filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance. Candidates from the core Legal, Secretarial, or Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end LLP compliances under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
Prepare and file LLP forms, annual returns, and event-based compliances through the MCA portal.
Draft, review, and maintain LLP Agreements, resolutions, and statutory documents.
Ensure timely completion of annual and periodic statutory filings.
Maintain statutory registers, records, and compliance trackers.
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and ensure organizational compliance.
Liaise with MCA, regulatory authorities,



consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
Support partners and senior management on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Assist in compliance audits, due diligence exercises, and regulatory reporting.
Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
CS Qualified / Semi-Qualified CS.
Robust understanding of LLP Act, 2008, Companies Act, 2013, and related regulations.
Hands-on experience with MCA portal filings and ROC compliances.
Experience in LLP annual filings, event-based filings, and statutory reporting.
Robust drafting and documentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple compliance timelines and deadlines.
