Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead residential interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design quality, functionality, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating mood boards and presentations, preparing detailed space plans, and overseeing the selection of materials, finishes, and FF&E.; The role involves coordinating construction drawings, working with architects and contractors, conducting site visits, and monitoring project progress to meet timelines and budgets.

Designer will mentor junior team members, manage client communication,



and support business development through design proposals and presentations. This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with experience creating functional, aesthetically cohesive layouts.

Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and Construction Drawings, including detailing and documentation for execution.

Hands-on expertise in FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, specification, and vendor coordination.

Advanced proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools.

Proven experience managing end-to-end residential interior projects, including client-facing responsibilities.

Robust communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; ability to lead and mentor design team members.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.

Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices in Bengaluru; site supervision experience is an advantage.
