Requirements

Qualification:

Any graduation / Technical graduation

Responsibilities

Overall, in charge for “FM SERVICES “- Technical services & Soft Services (HVAC & Electrical, Plumping, House Keeping, Pest control, Front office, etc.)
To handle Office Projects and Refurbishment works.
Vendor contract management, Renewal of contracts, AMC of contracts, Bills verification, certification, NDC, and Follow-up.
Ensure all the daily, weekly, monthly reports are shared as per the requirements
Maintain and review the SLA’s time to time as per site requirement.
Manage all EHS requirement
Directing the activities of subordinate staff in the coordination and management of various administrative activities for an organization.
To deal with vendors/service providers like suppliers, courier, manpower consultants etc.
Liaise with government officials.
Doing the quality of supervision for upkeep and maintenance, coordination with staff (team)
Manage all office builds, refurbishments, Space, cleaning contracts, and mechanical/electrical/building maintenance.
Maintain and cross checking all the records like Checklists, Logbooks, Tool register, and CAPA register etc.
Educate and correct the team/ HK staff deployed to perform the standard procedures as applicable to their job positions.




Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence related to the work.
Liaising with Landlords and local authorities
Fire safety procedures and compliance
Ensuring site is secure
Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.
Travel management, Visa processing and Hotel Accommodation

Required Experience/Skills

Solid Technical knowledge.
Working knowledge of procurement and negotiation and management of external contracts
Previous experience of managing facilities/office services department
Working experience of health & safety management (EHS)
Knowledge of the principles of office management including organization, workflow, forms, supplies, equipment, and procedures relating to filing, record keeping, correspondence, mail, procurement, stock keeping, and duplicating. Competency expected Approachable individual with a qualified manner
Methodical in approach to tasks
Self-motivated
An effective time manager with the ability to multi-task
Solid in building relationships and able to communicate at all levels
Team player, and able to work on own initiative
