Role Description The Social Media Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing daily social media content across platforms such as Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The coordinator monitors channels for engagement, responds to audience interactions, and tracks performance metrics to inform future content and campaigns.

Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with content and design teams, drafting posts and captions, scheduling updates, and supporting digital marketing initiatives that align with Defence Reimagined’s storytelling goals.



The role also involves staying current with platform trends, best practices, and analytics tools to optimize reach and impact.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Social Media Content Creation skills, including the ability to develop compelling posts, visuals, and captions tailored to different platforms.

Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills to plan campaigns, grow audience reach, and use analytics to refine strategies.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to convey complex ideas clearly, consistently, and in a brand-aligned voice.

Candidates should ideally have experience with social media management tools, basic graphic or video editing, and performance tracking dashboards.

Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.

A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field, and prior experience in social media coordination or digital content roles, would be beneficial.
