Responsible for supporting and independently managing architectural design development, working drawings, and project coordination for large-scale and time-sensitive projects, ensuring design quality, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop large-scale architectural projects (minimum 50,000 sq. ft.)
Work on hospitality, residential, and landmark architectural projects.
Create ergonomic and climate-responsive design solutions.
Prepare and manage detailed working drawings and design documentation.
Ensure seamless integration of design elements, construction materials, and execution methods.
Develop and present architectural presentations and design proposals.
Coordinate with consultants, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
Support project execution while ensuring design intent, quality, and timelines are maintained.

Qualifications & Experience•





Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture.
5–8 years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
Experience in residential, hospitality, and large-scale architectural projects.
Experience handling projects of minimum 50,000 sq. ft.

Skills & Requirements•

Robust knowledge of architectural design principles and Indian architectural styles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD) for 2D drafting and working drawings.
Hands-on experience with SketchUp and 3D rendering tools.
Ability to create 3D models from 2D AutoCAD drawings and hand sketches.
Sound understanding of construction materials, detailing, and execution.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for presentations and visual communication.
Ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate effectively with teams.
High attention to detail and design quality.

Preferred Skills•

Working knowledge of Vastu principles and traditional construction materials.
Experience in large residential, hospitality, or iconic architectural projects.
Awareness of current architectural trends and evolving design practices.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
