Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate business plans, identifying opportunities for advanced analytics to optimize performance.
Team Development: Hire, coach, and mentor analytics specialists to build a high-performing team.
Project Lifecycle Oversight: Lead projects from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and post-delivery optimization.
Data & Analytics: Develop custom data models and utilize SQL / MS Fabric, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for complex datasets.

Qualifications
Experience: 15+ years in analytics with at least 2u20135+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
Education: Bacheloru2019s/Masteru2019s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field.
Technical Skills: Advanced SQL expertise, proficiency in Python, and mastery of BI visualization tools. Familiarity with implementing predictive modeling and AI technologies.
