Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SOC Analyst L3 with deep expertise in Security Operations Center (SOC) transformation, governance, cybersecurity architecture, and Zscaler Data Loss Prevention (DLP) to drive end-to-end SOC modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing existing SOC settings, defining transformation roadmaps, designing target architectures, and governing large-scale security programs from strategy through implementation. This role requires solid leadership capabilities to manage program governance, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and operational readiness while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise security standards.

The candidate should possess extensive experience in SOC assessments, migration programs, SIEM/SOAR optimization, security operations governance, and cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.

Key Responsibilities

· Conducting comprehensive assessment of our existing SOC setting, tools, processes, and operational maturity.

· Defining roadmap and target architecture for SOC and SOAR transformation,

· Providing detailed gap assessment reports covering people, process, technology, governance, and security controls

· Preparing architecture and governance documents including HLD, LLD, migration plans, SOPs, and implementation plans.

· Owning end-to-end program governance, delivery oversight, risk management, and milestone tracking.

· Driving implementation strategy, execution planning, transition activities, and operational readiness.

· Identifying, evaluating, and coordinating with OEMs, system integrators and implementation partners.

· Defining SOC operational governance including incident response, threat monitoring, escalation workflows, and reporting mechanisms.

· Supporting SIEM and SOAR automation, threat intelligence, and log management integration strategy as part of SOC maturity.

· Ensuring alignment with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST & ISO 27001), regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and enterprise security standards.

· Automate executive dashboards and governance reports.
