D.L.E.A | Design Lab for Experimenting Architecture | Chennai

We're a boutique residential architecture firm looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Site Engineer to be our eyes and hands on site.

If you care about how things are actually built — not just constructed — this is for you.

What you'll handle

Supervise daily construction activities & coordinate with contractors

Read and implement architectural, structural & MEP drawings on site

Read BOQ, source materials, get quotes and ensure timely delivery

Quality checks at every stage — foundation to finishes

Verify contractor RA bills against actual work done

Maintain site diary, progress reports & MOM

Ensure CMDA/DTCP compliance and site safety

Be the link between client, contractor & our design studio.

What we're looking for

B.E.



Civil Engineering

2–4 years in residential construction

Solid drawing reading & AutoCAD skills

Experience with BOQ, material procurement & vendor coordination

Chennai based
