We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations leader to optimize our daily operations. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in the commodities and e-commerce logistics sectors, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and streamline operations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize operational performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards in logistics operations.
Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Foster solid relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the logistics or ecommerce sectors.
Strong knowledge of commodities logistics, e-commerce supply chains, and delivery processes.
Proven experience in managing large teams and driving operational improvements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
