Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets for stainless steel products within the assigned region.

Manage branch operations, including sales planning, inventory coordination, customer service, and commercial compliance.

Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks to increase market penetration.
N
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts across construction, infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial sectors.
N
Identify current business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic projects to drive sustainable growth.
N
Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements with customers and channel partners.
N
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to formulate effective sales strategies.
N
Collaborate with supplychain, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Lead, mentor,



and develop sales teams to improve productivity and performance.

Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, MIS reports, and market intelligence reports for management review.

10–15 years of experience in steel, stainless steel, metals, building materials, or allied industries.

Exposure to infrastructure, industrial, OEM, fabrication, EPC, and construction customer segments is preferred.
