Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Kotlin.
Build and maintain microservices with Spring Boot or Ktor.
Design data access layers and integrate with SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis/Cassandra).
Apply design patterns and clean architecture principles to keep services maintainable and testable.
Containerize services with Docker and support reliable deployments.
Skills Required:
3 - 5 years of skilled experience building backend services and APIs.
Java and Kotlin for backend development.
REST API / RESTful APIs and microservices development.
Spring Boot or Ktor for building backend services.
SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis/Cassandra), Docker, and coroutines for asynchronous processing.
Valuable to Have
Backend development experience across service-oriented architectures.
Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
