Engineer – L2 Location: Mumbai Experience: 3–6 Years Job Summary We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Wireless LAN, Routing, and Switching technologies. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day network operations, troubleshooting, implementation, and support of enterprise LAN/WAN and wireless infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco, Meraki, and Aruba network devices.

Support enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and branch office connectivity.

Configure VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, ACLs, DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols.

Manage Wireless Controllers, Access Points, SSIDs, RF optimization, and roaming issues.

Perform switch installation, firmware upgrades, and patch management.





Monitor network health and resolve L2/L3 connectivity issues.

Work with security and server teams for incident resolution.

Follow ITIL Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.

Prepare network documentation and implementation reports.
