We are looking for a results-driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving organic visibility, driving high-quality traffic, and increasing search rankings across key platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly
Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools
Perform regular site audits to identify and fix SEO issues
Manage link-building campaigns and outreach strategies
Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices
Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions)
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console etc.
Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, etc.)
Experience with content optimization and keyword strategy
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing SEO for eCommerce or high-traffic websites
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
Knowledge of PPC and overall digital marketing strategy
