Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of business banking clients, providing personalized financial solutions and advisory services to support their growth and success
Proactively identify and address the financial needs of clients, proposing tailored products and services to meet their requirements
Maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as credit, operations, and product specialists, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients




Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives to drive the growth of the business banking segment
Actively participate in networking and business development activities to identify recent prospects and expand the client base

Requirements
Experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Robust understanding of the business banking landscape, including products, services, and industry trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs effectively
Proficiency in using relevant banking and financial software applications
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the achievement of team and organizational goals
