ROLES :-
Overall, Sales & business development (Air /Sea, Import/ Export, Freight forwarding/ CHA)
Find & develop qualified leads convert them into a business.
Responsible for securing current customers and maintaining and developing existing independently.
Identify potential customers and register prospects.
To achieve target allotted by the company.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested by coordinating with operations team and branches.
Regularly visiting accounts validating our service levels and develop current revenue streams and conducting business review with clients.




Maintain records of customer details/ sales visits / Compliance on all MIS reports/data maintenance and statutory requirements.
Maintain records of customer details/sales visits in given sales report format.
Follow up with clients for outstanding amount support by the account department.
Develop & maintain sales and marketing materials.
Team handling
Branch Handling and generate revenue for branch
Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by management time to timee.

Experience: Overall experience should be 5+ years in SALES (Air /Sea, Import/ Export, Freight forwarding/ CHA)
