Role Description The Site Incharge (Civil) is a full-time, in office role based in kyari, Ramnagar, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities at the project site. This position involves supervising civil works, coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring progress against plans and schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role includes reviewing drawings, arranging materials, conducting site inspections, resolving technical and operational issues, and reporting daily progress to project managers and management.

and clients to ensure timely completion of milestones and smooth site operations.

Qualifications Candidates should possess robust project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of site activities.

Candidates should possess infrastructure and stormwater management skills to oversee civil works related to roads, drainage, and utility systems.

Candidates should possess team leadership skills to guide, supervise, and motivate site staff, contractors, and labor teams.

Candidates should possess inspection skills to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to design and specifications.

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with experience in building or infrastructure projects.

Good understanding of construction drawings, codes, safety practices, and basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.

Solid communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work independently at site.
