Job Title: SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist & Digital Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving website traffic, generating quality leads, and improving online visibility through organic and paid marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts.
Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
Monitor website rankings and organic traffic.
Identify and fix SEO issues using industry tools.

Paid Advertising
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube).
Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
Monitor ad budgets and campaign performance.

Digital Marketing
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies.
Generate qualified leads through multiple online channels.




Manage email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics and Search Console.
Stay updated with the latest SEO, PPC, and digital marketing trends.

Reporting
Submit daily and weekly performance reports.
Track KPIs such as website traffic, keyword rankings, leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Present campaign insights and recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO).
Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Familiarity with keyword research tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest.
Understanding of WordPress and basic website optimization.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing.
Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are an added advantage.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
