NJob Summary

nWe are looking for an experienced QA Manager with solid knowledge of hand embroidery manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily quality activities across sampling, production, finishing, packing, and final inspection.

NKey Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the daily activities of the QA and QC team.
N
Ensure hand embroidery matches approved artwork, placement, colour, materials, technique, and workmanship standards.
N
Monitor hand embroideryquality, including fabric, measurements, stitching, construction, finishing, ironing, and packing.
N
Conduct inline, midline, end-line, and final inspections.
N
Review technical packs,approved samples, client comments, and quality requirements before production.
N
Identify quality issuesat an early stage and coordinate with production teams for immediate correction.
N
Conduct root-cause analysis for defects, alterations, rework, and client complaints.
N
Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid repeated quality issues.
N
Maintain inspection reports,



quality records, defect reports, and approval references.
N
Train quality checkers,supervisors, and production teams on required quality standards.
N
Coordinate with sampling, production, merchandising, finishing, and packing departments.
N
Provide daily and weekly quality reports to the HOD – Quality Control.
N
Ensure products meet internal standards and client requirements before shipment.
N

nRequired Experience and Skills

N

n
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in garment or hand-embroidery quality.
N
Knowledge of hand embroidery and garment manufacturing is mandatory.
N
Experience in luxury, couture, bridal, or export garment quality is preferred.
N
Solid knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, embellishments, measurements, and finishing.
N
Valuable team-management, reporting, communication, and problem-solving
N
Ability to manage multiple orders and production priorities.
N

nExperience: Minimum 10 years – Required
