Develop and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create content calendars for multiple brands and campaigns.
Plan awareness, engagement, and lead generation campaigns.
Research industry trends and competitor activities.

Content Management
Publish and schedule posts, reels, stories, and videos across social media platforms.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for creative execution.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Community Management
Monitor comments, messages, reviews, and customer queries.
Engage with followers to improve community growth and brand loyalty.
Escalate customer concerns to the appropriate team when required.

Paid Campaign Coordination
Assist in planning and monitoring Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Coordinate campaign creatives and ad copy with the design team.
Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations.

Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs such as reach,



engagement, impressions, followers, website traffic, and leads.
Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on analytics and platform insights.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to create content strategies and marketing campaigns.
Robust organizational and project management skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and video content planning.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
