Skills Minimum of 2+ Years of experience in Reporting/MIS who will acts as a liaison between WFM function and Operations across accounts.
We are looking for agile WFM Associates that fit the below competencies and are expected:
To have solid understanding of MIS and Reporting Fundamentals
MIS reporting using MS Excel at Operational and minimum Generate timely & accurate reports and prepare dashboards.
Creating and managing Daily, weekly & monthly reports using MS-Excel and MS-Access in depth analysis.
Tracking associate wise AHT on daily basis.
Analysis – Robust Analytical skills
Should be open to change, multi-tasking skills
Accurate and Timely reporting
Ability to work on data and generate various types of dashboards, reports/ad-hoc reports
Meeting client requirements within TAT and with accuracy
Ability to handle high level data analysis and data
