Responsibilities Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across products and platforms.
Analysing UTA Point - Weekly Sprint.
Understanding the UTA Point FRD document and getting confirmation for queries with the product team.
Preparation of the team scheduled for UTA points.
Guide team quality efforts towards successful project delivery.
Provide technical and functional leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing positive practices and habits.
Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
The UTA bug fixed reviews and live scenario identification.
Ensure that defects are correctly captured, reviewed, prioritised, and assigned to resolve defects.
Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness and testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product.
Verify and review software and business requirements.
Have responsibilities in the process of traceability of requirements through to functional tests and defect lists.
Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance.
Establish, document, and enhance QA processes; train team members on those processes.
