Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of procurement experience in the biomedical, medical device, healthcare, or hospital industry.
Additional certification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement is an added advantage.
Identify, evaluate, and develop domestic and international vendors.
Obtain quotations, compare technical and commercial offers, and prepare comparative statements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and annual maintenance contracts
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Projects, Stores, and Accounts departments for procurement planning.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply delays.




Verify purchased materials against technical specifications and quality standards.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
Coordinate import documentation, customs clearance, and logistics whenever applicable.
Monitor supplier performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
Maintain purchase records, vendor master data, contracts, invoices, and procurement documentation.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
