NKey Responsibilities
nLead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of approximately 200+ professionals.
NEnsure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes.
NManage customer escalations and build robust stakeholder and client relationships.
NDrive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
NLead strategic governanceprograms and support regulatory inspections and audits.
NDeliver business outcomesby achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
NBuild and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
NRequired Experience
n12+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in a Medical Devices BPO setting.
N8–10+ years of leadershipexperience managing large-scale global operations.
