Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of approximately 200+ professionals . Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes. Manage customer escalations and build solid stakeholder and client relationships.
Drive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead strategic governance programs and support regulatory inspections and audits. Deliver business outcomes by achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of quality and compliance.
Required Experience 12+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in a Medical Devices BPO setting. 8–10+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale global operations.
