We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Service Advisor to act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of automobiles, and the ability to ensure a smooth service experience while achieving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare accurate job cards and explain repair estimates, timelines, and service recommendations.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles and obtain approval for additional repairs, if required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Deliver vehicles to customers after explaining the work performed and billing details.
Promote value-added services, accessories, AMC, and extended warranty plans.
Maintain service records and ensure proper documentation.
Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and dealership processes.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership.
Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Valuable knowledge of automobile systems and vehicle maintenance.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.
Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience with two-wheeler or four-wheeler dealerships.
Knowledge of warranty claims and service processes.
Experience using DMS software will be an added advantage.
Salary As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹10,240.39 - ₹15,000.00 per month
