Key Responsibilities
Develop creative, data-driven social media marketing strategies and campaigns to increase engagement, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
Create, manage, and publish content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and others as required.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Develop, maintain, and execute a content calendar, ensuring content is relevant, timely, platform-specific, and aligned with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, content writers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns effectively.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, content formats, and best practices.
Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns when required.

Preferred Skills
Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop,



Illustrator, or similar design software.
Robust visual aesthetics and a good understanding of design principles, branding, layouts, typography, and content presentation.
Ability to identify and create visually appealing content that aligns with brand guidelines and current design trends.

Qualifications
2 + years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing.
Solid analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret social media data and derive actionable insights.
Positive understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, audience behavior, and content strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling social media content.
Strong project management and multi tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital marketing and content creation.
