US Recruiter – Permanent Staffing

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for the US market, preferably for Permanent Staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle for Permanent positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
Conduct initial HR discussions and assess candidate fitment.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and update records in ATS/internal trackers.




Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles within defined turnaround times.
Build solid relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in US recruitment (Perm preferred).
0.6 – 3 years of experience preferred
Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate management capabilities.
Ability to work independently and meet delivery timelines.
Valuable exposure to job portals, ATS, and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, etc.).
