NWe are looking for a proactive Service Coordinator to manage the day-to-day coordination of marine service jobs from enquiry through completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning jobs, coordinating engineers, communicating with customers and vendors, preparing quotations, managing documentation, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently

NThe role offers exposure to a wide variety of marine services and requires someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

NKey Responsibilities

Coordinate service jobsfrom enquiry through completion and invoicing
N
Prepare quotations, service proposals, work orders, and customer documentation
N
Schedule service engineers and coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics
N
Liaise with customers, vessels, ship managers, agents, class surveyors, and subcontractors throughout each project
N
Coordinate spare parts,materials, and subcontractor requirements to ensure timely project execution
N
Prepare service documentation, reports, certificates, and job files
N
Monitor project progress and ensure service milestones are achieved within agreed timelines
N
Support Accounts with invoicing, documentation,



and customer payment follow-up
N
Maintain accurate records within the company ERP and service management systems
N
Track recurring services, statutory inspections, and customer due dates
N
Follow up on quotations, customer approvals, and outstanding service opportunities
N
Identify prospects to improve operational efficiency and customer service
N

nRequirements

N
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Marine Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
N
Minimum 2 years' experience in operations, service coordination, logistics, project coordination, including Lifeboats & Rescue Boats (LSA), Fire Fighting Equipment (FFE), Navigation & Communication systems, Ship Repair, Underwater Services & Maintenance, UTM, Tank Inspections, Various testing and analysis and other technical marine solutions

Excellent communicationand organizational skills.
N
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
N
Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
N
Experience in the maritime, shipping, logistics, engineering, or technical services industry will be an advantage
