We are seeking a energetic Recruiter to join our team, proficient in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a robust ability to engage and influence stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering quality talent within tight timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
Conduct structured interviews and assessments to ensure strong candidate fitment and experience.
Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates and ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement.
Demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.




Ensure seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining recruitment metrics and reporting.
Communicate clearly and confidently with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
Any bachelor's degree (preferred in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly, build rapport, and manage relationships across all organizational levels.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
