Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage recruitment teams across volume and lateral hiring.

Coach and mentor Team Leaders and Recruiters to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain robust client relationships while ensuring timely closures.
Monitor recruitment metrics, improve processes, and ensure SLA compliance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth.

Requirements
15–20 years of experience in the Recruitment & Staffing industry.
Proven experience in leading large recruitment teams and managing client delivery.
Strong expertise in volume hiring, lateral hiring, and people management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
