About the Role

Khialdas Constructions is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to manage and supervise government construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing Government, MES, Residential, and Commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, timely execution, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Architects, and Government authorities.
Monitor labour, subcontractors, machinery, and material utilization.
Ensure project milestones are achieved within the stipulated timeline.
Maintain site records, DPRs, progress reports, and measurement books.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Conduct quality inspections and resolve in office technical issues.
Verify quantities and assist in billing and work measurements.
Coordinate with procurement and stores for timely material availability.

Required Qualifications




Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction.
Proven experience in Government Projects, MES Projects, Residential Buildings, and Commercial Construction.
Sound knowledge of RCC, finishing works, structural works, and project execution.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project reporting is preferred.

Preferred Candidate
Experience handling multiple construction sites.
Solid knowledge of quality control and site management.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
