About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor - Interior Fit-out to oversee the execution of premium residential and commercial interior projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in interior fit-out and finishing works, with the ability to coordinate site activities, manage contractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and finishing works.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress, workmanship, and material usage.
Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Conduct quality inspections, snagging, and handover activities.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering,



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects in Kerala.
Robust knowledge of interior construction, finishing materials, and site execution.
Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and multiple site activities.
Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.
