Key Responsibilities
Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design, develop, and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code using JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
Optimize application performance, scalability, SEO, and security.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues.
Work in an Agile/Scrum development workplace.

Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
Robust expertise in React.js and Next.js.
Solid knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.




Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
Positive understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web development.
Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
Experience implementing JWT and OAuth authentication.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Docker and containerization.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
Understanding of Next.js performance optimization and SEO best practices.
Experience with Redis, WebSockets, or Microservices is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
