We are looking for an experienced Storage Administrator to remotely manage, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise storage systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in multiple storage technologies and possess solid troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Manage and administer at least two or more storage systems, such as EMC, NetApp, HP, and IBM.
Perform remote installation, configuration, and maintenance of storage devices.
Provide remote support and troubleshooting for customers.
Conduct backup and restore operations efficiently.
Handle escalations and coordinate with manufacturers and TAC engineers for issue resolution.
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of storage infrastructure.
Work in rotational shifts to provide 24x7 support.




Maintain accurate documentation of storage configurations and procedures.

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in storage administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Robust knowledge of storage technologies and backup solutions.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory):
EMC Proven Professional
EMC Information Storage and Management (EMCPA)
HPUX Certification
System Administration Certification
IBM Certified Specialist
