Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily deployment of concrete pumps as per dispatch requirements.
Visit project sites before deployment to assess site accessibility, pump positioning, boom reach, and safety requirements.
Coordinate with the Dispatch, Production, and Sales teams for smooth execution of pumping operations.
Ensure pumps reach the site on time and operate efficiently.
Supervise pump operators and helpers, ensuring compliance with company SOPs and safety standards.
Monitor pump productivity, idle time, and operational efficiency.
Ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of pumps after every operation.
Coordinate preventive maintenance and report breakdowns immediately to the Maintenance Department.
Maintain daily records of pump utilization, fuel consumption, working hours, and breakdowns.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
