Responsibilities
Maintenance planning, field complaint analysis & resolution, spares planning, service report, dealer bills & compliance to end customer etc.
Support & attend technical queries to Defense customer for all over India.
To depute service person at site for various service jobs (breakdown & routine maintenance) and co-ordination with service channel partner.
In case critical escalations, needs travel to site for attend the issues.
Execution of AMC, CAMC, warranty calls and call basis service orders and close loop to customer.
To monitor and resolve customer queries and complaints.
To coordinate service related activities to Primary Customer. (Defense)
Qualifications
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical
