We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee daily site operations for our CMC Project in Vellore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in civil construction, with robust knowledge of site execution, workforce supervision, quality control, and safety compliance.

The Site

Supervisor will ensure that construction activities are carried out according to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards while coordinating effectively with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, labor, and material usage.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Maintain site safety and enforce all health and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and report daily work status to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Inspect completed work and resolve in office issues promptly.
Maintain site records, material stock,



and manpower attendance.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.
Ensure timely completion of assigned work within the project schedule.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in civil construction/site supervision.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and safety practices.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
