Key Responsibilities:
To assist the engineers in the delivery of the project by supervising in office activities during site establishment, mobilization, RCC, finishing, and other civil/structural works, services and equipment installation, testing and commissioning, demobilization, and handover.
Candidate profile:
Minimum 3+ years of work experience in high-rise real estate projects, with thorough working knowledge of scaffolding, centering, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishes, and services such as plumbing and firefighting.
Flair for finishes.
Positive at communicating with workmen and effective reporting.
Able to maintain site safety, hygiene, proper material storage, orderliness, and valuable housekeeping.
