We are hiring a driven Senior Software Engineer – Team Lead to play a key role in building and scaling innovative fintech products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has worked in an early-stage fintech startup, built products from the ground up, thrived in fast-moving environments, and successfully led engineering teams.

The role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader with robust full-stack expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to use modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve engineering outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Own the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications.

Lead, mentor, and inspire developers while fostering engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Partner closely with Product, QA, Design, and Business teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Develop scalable backend services and engaging, responsive frontend applications that deliver a strong user experience.

Design and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.





Deliver secure, high-performance, and scalable applications that meet industry standards.

Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments.

Champion code quality through thoughtful reviews, coding standards, and engineering best practices.

Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code to enhance productivity, testing, documentation, and code quality.

Shape technical direction and help continuously improve engineering processes.

Required Skills

Deep hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, MongoDB, and AWS.

Strong experience with REST APIs, microservices, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.

Proven ability to lead, mentor, and support development teams.

Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude Code.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Eligibility

5+ years of skilled software development experience.

UG/PG in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
