Handling & monitoring of Inbound & Outbound activity.
Responsible for maintaining correct record all inbound material from Import. And record of Dispatch material.
Planning, co-coordinating and monitoring the complete In-bound, Put away, Picking, Packing, and Work in progress and out -bound process.
Preparing the documents like Invoice, Delivery challan, packing list, e-Way bill and MIS report.
Handling Customer complaints related to Packaging, Delivery, Biker issues etc. Close co-ordination with Packing Team and inspiring them for continuous Improvement in both picking and packing to avoid any transit and handling risk.
Monitoring the daily dispatches with nominated Delivery boys and arranging for the committed deliveries to customer.
